How your account works
Settings access
Your settings link is in every brief email we send — look for "Manage your settings" in the footer. Or request a new one from Account Settings using your email address.
On-demand briefs
Growth and Scale customers can request a fresh brief any time — once every 6 hours. Use the "Request a Brief Now" button or the link from your brief email.
Pausing & cancelling
You can pause brief delivery anytime from account settings — no emails to support required. To cancel your subscription entirely, visit your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Avoiding spam
Add hello@rivaldigest.com to your contacts to ensure briefs land in your inbox, not spam. If you're not receiving briefs, contact us.
